Delivery Information

Shipping Instructions and Liability:
It is the sender’s responsibility to securely package the device and ensure its safe delivery to our address. AK Phones is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit to our office. The sender is also responsible for covering the shipping costs to our office.
Once we have received and processed the device, AK Phones will return it to the sender via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. This service includes a £150 compensation for loss or damage during transit. If the device's value exceeds £150, it is the sender's responsibility to notify AK Phones and arrange for additional compensation coverage. An extra fee of £7.99 applies for this service.
Delivery Tracking:
If your device has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can track its status using the button below. Enter the tracking number that was sent to your phone or email. Please note that AK Phones is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or for issues arising from an incorrect address provided by the sender. It is the sender’s responsibility to verify their address and inform us promptly if there are any changes before we dispatch the device.
